Esri Conference 2020: free access to UCSF staff and students

This year's Esri User Conference is free to any active UCSF staff or student. This is an unprecedented opportunity to explore the spectrum of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) applications by the world's leader in mapping and location intelligence based in Redlands, California.

For folks new to or curious about GIS I recommend watching the Plenary sessions to get your feet wet. The Plenary typically provides highlights of the technology and use cases across a wide variety of industries. This year, I suspect many of the examples and use cases will focus on the response to COVID19. To be fair, the Plenary is an opportunity for Esri to showcase its products so some presentations can be technical in nature but I believe the use cases and examples by the end-users make the experience worth it.
